Order Processing
At Falka, we strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We offer various shipping options to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner. The following shipping options are available:

International Shipping

These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be your responsibility to pay upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. When contacting us, please include your order number and photos of the damaged items, if applicable. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
